Do you help with mortgages and financing?

We're not a lender, but we work closely with two independent mortgage brokers in Riverside. They compare offers from dozens of banks and can usually give you an agreement in principle within a few days — which makes your offer far more attractive to sellers. The introduction is free, and you're under no obligation to use them.

What happens after my offer is accepted?

Your dedicated sales progressor takes over. They keep solicitors, surveyors and lenders moving, and update you every week — even when the update is “nothing new yet”.
